The Barn(s)

Barn is 12 years old, double walled and commercially insulated.

Main Barn 36’ x 66’:

8 stalls with mats, heated Nelson waterers, heat lamps and fans.

Storage Barn:  (14’ x 14’)

“The Red Barn” has a small loft for additional storage.

Pastures:

Acreage is divided into seven pastures ranging from a pony pasture with limited access to grass to 25 acres of hay.  Pasture provides 1300-1500 square bales in Spring and 900-1100 in the Fall.  Hay pasture is fescue, Bermuda grass and some clover; it has been fertilized and re-seeded routinely and produces highly desirable hay.

One large pond with aerator.

All pastures have Nelson heated waterers.

All pastures have access to woods for shelter, the barn run-in stalls, and/or a 12’ x 12’ run in.

A 235' x 270' dressage arena lighted for night riding.

Fencing:

Although some of the outer pastures have hog wire fencing or high tensile electric wire, the majority of the fences in the immediate area of the barn and house are creosote wood.

Equipment:

The tool room contains every man (or woman’s) dream tools.

The two-year old Kubota tractor has a front-end loader, two large harrows, a rake, two different size box blades, a bush-hog, and a hay pole.

Polaris Ranger is two years old.

The manure spreader is approximately six-seven years old.
