Seven Gables Farm 135 Sullivan Rd. Dickson, TN

Immediately outside the Covered Riding Arena is an enclosed riding area known as "Central Park."  It can be used for horses on a very restricted diet, but it was originally planned for the individual just learning to ride.  It provides a softer ground (mulched tires and crusher run), a few trees to navigate around, and a small bridge to cross.  It is great for starting a new horse under saddle.
