The South Arena serves three purposes:
1. It is a little over two acres providing short-term housing for horses that might need to be separated from the herd. (It works great for a mare and new foal!) There is a 12 x 12 runin, double-walled, and a heated Nelson Waterer. The large trees provide nice shade.
2) Within the fencing of the South Arena is a second fenced area set up for dressage. A large lamp post provides ample lighting for night riding.
3) The flatness of this property is excellent for hunter/jumper riding activities. The trees are large and high enough to not interfere with jumping.
